Sunprojects - new office

Due to the continued growth of Sunprojects, it was high time for the next move to a suitable office space! This happened on 21 May in a renovated office at Uilenstede 475 in Amstelveen.

Previously, Zadelhoff and Sunprojects have put their heads together and developed a plan to not only bring the improved, dated building to the desired quality level, but also to make the new space possibly "Corona proof", whereby sustainability, circularity and state- of-the-art internet to process the heavy software files efficiently were important starting points.

All this resulted in energy label A, partly due to the maximum possible reuse of materials, and enforcement of the regulations concerning Corona, moderate ventilation and a spacious layout of the workplaces.

The car park is also equipped with a demo carport, consisting of natural materials and solar panels with the option of fast charging electric cars.
