Utrecht - 1,5 MWp
The rise of renewable energy sources, such as solar power, is unstoppable. More and more companies are taking the initiative to reduce their carbon footprint by switching to renewable energy. A good example is the furniture shop giant that aims to be energy-neutral by 2035 by having 5,504 solar panels installed on the roof of their establishment.
The benefits of solar panels are clear. First, they produce clean energy without CO2 emissions, reducing the company's carbon footprint. Secondly, solar panels are a long-term sustainable investment. For the furniture shopping giant, installing 5,504 solar panels on the roof of their facility represents a significant step towards energy neutrality. This installation will allow them to generate their own electricity.
We were able to provide this site with 5,504 panels. The installed capacity at this site is more than 1.5 MWp and can generate more than 1,300,000 kWh of green energy annually. This means they will be able to reduce their CO2 emissions by 975 tonnes per year!
